Project gallery

In short: Your projects are listed in three places in the sidebar: My Projects (projects you own), Shared (projects others shared with you) and Legacy (projects you archived). Use "Search projects..." to find one, sort by Updated or Name, and switch between Grid view and List view. Click a card to open the project, or use its shortcuts to jump straight to its library, maps, notes or chats.

Find a project

  1. Click My Projects, Shared or Legacy in the sidebar.
  2. Type in "Search projects...". SciNodes matches project titles and descriptions, and tolerates small typos.
  3. Matches in your other lists appear under "Also found in other categories".

Sort and change the view

  • Sort: use the menu in the header to sort by Updated (most recently changed) or Name (alphabetical). Click the arrow button next to it to switch between ascending and descending.
  • View: click Grid view for cards or List view for rows.

Troubleshooting

  • "Couldn't load projects" SciNodes couldn't fetch your list. It retries automatically ("Retrying automatically in Ns…"). Click Try again to retry now. If it keeps failing, check your connection.
  • "No results found in My Projects" Nothing in this list matches your search. Check "Also found in other categories" below, or clear the search box.
  • "Projects shared with you will appear here." Nobody has shared a project with you yet.
  • "No projects in My Projects yet." You haven't created a project in this list. Click + New Project.
  • A project you deleted is missing. Deleted projects are in the Bin. See Recycle bin.

FAQ

Why doesn't the corpus number on a card match my Library?

The card shows a rounded corpus scale, not an exact count.

Where is a project someone shared with me?

Click Shared in the sidebar. Shared projects never appear in My Projects.

Open the project and edit its name on the Overview tab, or click the card's gear icon and change it in Project Settings.

Can I sort by creation date?

No. You can sort by Updated or Name.
